Hold your baby close to breastfeed

  • Hold your baby close to you keeping his head free
  • Baby's body should be in line
  • Baby's nose should be opposite your nipple
  • Your position should be comfortable and sustainable
  • Baby’s body should be straight and neck extended as if drinking from a glass
  • Use the opposite arm, to the breast you are using, to support your baby’s shoulders. Don’t hold the back of his head.
