Your baby’s mouth needs to be wide open. You need to aim your nipple to the back of your baby’s mouth
- Bring your baby to your breast
- Chin and bottom lip should touch your breast first
- Bottom lip should curl outwards
- Baby should have lots of the areola in his mouth so that it's only visible at the top (areola is the area surrounding the nipple).
