How long is a feed?

A feed can be from 6 to 40 minutes and anything in between

It’s the quality of the sucking that will tell you how good the feed was

Ten minutes of long, slow sucks and swallowing is good

• After a big burp there may be more room for milk
• Changing him will wake him up a little if he is sleepy so you can get him to take a little more
